Freedom to Eat Chocolate

Because I'm an ex-smoker and love to snack on food items, I obviously need to be careful not to eat too much food. To stay healthy and to continue to have the freedom to eat chocolate, I've been slowly losing weight by exercising and by limiting my amount of chocolate to very small portions. I've been doing things like only having one or two teaspoons of chocolate ice cream, only having one piece of chocolate candy, and only having about two tablespoons of chocolate cake. I also am eating a lot of vegetables, so when I have dessert, I'm already feeling filled up.
